I was referred to do the TRE class with Catherine by a very good friend. Before the class I was feeling overly stressed and nervous tension I was actually uncomfortable within myself as a lot had been going on in my life. She was very attentive and guided me into the correct postures and helped me make sure I was doing all the exercises for the amount of time that was most beneficial and what was going comfortably for my body. After I was so much more calm and all the previous feeling of nervous anxiously had completely subsided and I was left much more peaceful and balanced.
